The Spice Route at Palm Terrace

A journey through the rich, aromatic flavours of East Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands awaits at Palm Terrace. Every Tuesday evening, Executive Chef Gregory Henderson brings his expertise and passion for spice-infused cuisine to the table, drawing inspiration from his travels through Kenya, Zanzibar, and years spent learning from master chefs in Durban.

His carefully curated three-course menu showcases the depth of these culinary traditions, starting with a selection of Chaats (Starters), followed by a choice of three expertly crafted curries—lamb, fish, or vegetarian—and concluding with a decadent Chai-Spiced Malva Pudding.

Join us for this weekly celebration of flavour, where each dish tells a story of discovery, tradition, and masterful spice blending.

Available every Tuesday evening at Palm Terrace from February 25th.
